For Groups of at least 6 People

We arrange golf trips for groups of at least 6 people and we can accommodate up to 30 participants.

Deposit and Payment:

A 15% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

If the trip is canceled up to 45 days before departure, the deposit will be refunded.

Once the full payment is made (45 days before departure), if the trip is canceled, no refund of the deposit is possible.

Arrivals and Delays:

If golf is scheduled on the arrival day and you're delayed, resulting in a missed tee time, the fees paid for green fees and transportation are non-refundable.

Organization Information:

Golf Travel Denmark is a partnership between GolfersGlobe and Classicgolf.

The trips are arranged with Classicgolf, part of the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund (No. 2043), serving as the technical organizer.
